  • American Spirit Natural Rolling Tobacco (80% by weight)
  • Apples (20% by weight)
  • Molasses (light/mild)
  • Glycerine (buy a safe to digest kind, ie vegetable)

    Cut the apples into fourths and remove the core from each piece.
    Put the apple pieces into a food processor or cut them into very small pieces. Be careful that you don't chop them to an even cut, or else you'll have the wrong results. Make sure that the pieces are finely cut. 
    Pour or put the apple mixture into a medium saucepan. Let them simmer until most of the moisture from the fruit is gone.  
    Let the mixture cool down. Add tobacco, 1 teaspoon of molasses, and 1 teaspoon of glycerine to the pot. The glycerine & molasses helps for slow and even burning.
